AMENDMENT NO. 12 TO RESOLUTION 44-93 SETTING SALARIES AND RELATED
BENEFITS FOR THE TEMPORARY UNIT
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 44-93 sets salaries and related benefits for
employees of the Temporary Unit; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to make amendment thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that effective immediately following Council action, the Salary Schedule, a
part of Resolution No. 44-93, is hereby amended as follows:
1. Resolution No. 44-93 is hereby amended by adding the following
class title in the Temporary Unit:
