A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD APPROVING SITE PLAN REVIEW
POLICIES 2 AND 3, ~S AMENDED.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 17.53.051 of the
Bakersfield Municipal Code, the Planning Commission, by its
Resolution No. 120-85, adopted amended Site Plan Review Policies 2
and 3, addressing overlook into rear and side yards, subject to
approval by this Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed Planning Commission
Resolution No. 120-85 and the findings set forth therein and con-
curs in the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that Site Plan Review Policies 2 and 3, as
amended and adopted by Planning Commission Resolution No. 120-85,
are hereby approved.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 25th day of September ,
