A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD RECOMMENDING CHANGES TO SITE
PLAN REVIEW POLICIES 2 AND 3, AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 17.53.051 of the
Bakersfield Municipal Code, the Planning Commission, by its
Resolution No. 69-85, adopted amended Site Plan Review Policies 2
and 3, addressing overlook into rear and side yards, subject to
approval by this Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed Planning Commission
Resolution No. 69-85 and the findings set forth therein and con-
curs in the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the Council hereby directs the Planning
Commission to change the set-back for overlook requirement from
100 feet to 150 feet.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
