A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE
OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1984-85.
WHEREAS,
Bakersfield and applicable ordinances,
City adopted the Operating Budget for
July 25, 1985; and
WHEREAS, as a result of employee
budget must be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
of Bakersfield as follows:
Community Services
Developmental Services
Administrative Services
Auditorium Services
City Attorney
City Manager
in accordance with the Charter of the City of
the City Council of said
the fiscal year 1984-85 on
salary negotiations, the
IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
the adoption of
same shall be in
1. That the original of the Operating Budget for the
City of Bakersfield, California, for the fiscal year 1984-85 as
adopted by Resolution No. 58-84 is amended to reflect the compen-
sation modification, effective January 1, 1985, as follows:

$1,143,700
2. That the said budget for said fiscal year 1984-85 so
amended shall be the budget for the City of Bakersfield,
California, for said fiscal year 1984-85 as contemplated to be
made by this Council under the requirements of Section 53 of the
Charter of said City.
3. That the City Clerk shall certify to
this resolution, and henceforth and hereafter the
full force and effect.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 22nd day of May ,
1985, by the following vote:
