Exclusive Negotiation Agreement between the Bakersfield
Redevelopment Agency and The Village at Baker Street
LLC, for the construction of the Baker Street Development
Project.

EDCD Director Kunz noted the correct name of the
company is Baker Street Village LLC and made staff
comments.
Michael Keele, Project Manager Triumph Companies and
President of Southwest Consulting, and Mark Daghei
Architect, made a presentation and made comments.
Motion by Prince, seconded by Martinez, to approve the
Agreement.
