and a public park on 79.86 acres zoned R-1 (One Family Dwelling). The
application includes a request for reverse corner lots, lots within cul-de-sacs that
do not meet minimum lot width or depths, double frontage lots, a block length
that exceeds standard, and a request to make findings pursuant to Gov. Code
Section 65402 for the proposed abandonment of a portion of the previous
Morning Drive alignment and acquisition of parks and trails (within the tract
