AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19.12.010 OF THE
BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO BILLING
FOR AIRPORT TENANTS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 19.12.010 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
19.12.010 Billing
All charges due and payable to the airport by tenants thereon become due
and payable on the first of the month and become delinquent on the last day of said month.
Interest at the rate of one percent per month shall be added to any charge which is
delinquent. Should the City resort to legal action to collect amounts due, the City shall be
entitled to collect all reasonable costs and attorney's fees.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the Bakersfield Municipal
Code provisions and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after the date of its
passage.

true and correct copy of the following: Ordinance No. 3820, passed by the Bakersfield City
Council at a meeting held on the 28th day of January, 1998, and entitled:
Ordinance amending Section 19.12.010 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code
relating to belling for airport tenants.
