A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD SETTING FEE FOR APPLICATIONS
FOR TERMINAL ACCESS FOR INTERSTATE TRUCKS.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No.
the fee to be paid with applications for terminal access for
interstate trucks be set by the City Council by resolution,
which fee shall be sufficient to pay the cost of review of
terminal desiqnation, the route, and alternative routes; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has determined
that a fee in the amount of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00) is
sufficient to pay the Citv's
application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
2946 New Series provides that
costs in processing each such
IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield as follows:
The fee to be paid with each application for terminal
access for interstate trucks is hereby set in the amount of
THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00).

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 9th day of January , 1985,
