3. CONSENT CALENDAR
a. Minutes of the September 12, 2005 meeting for approval.
b. Approval of department payments from September 2, 2005
to October 20, 2005 in the amount of $1,152,927.53
C. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. BRDA03-005 with RA05-008
GRC Associates, Inc. for $15,000 for consultant services
for the Village at Baker Street.

Motion by Davenport, seconded by Martinez, to approve ABS PRINCE,

4. REPORTS
a. Resolution authorizing the Bakersfield Redevelopment RA3-05
Agency to apply for State of California Housing Enabling RA05-009
Local Partnerships (HELP) loan funds in the amount of two
million dollars for the Baker Street Mixed Use
Redevelopment Project.
Deputy City Clerk Turner announced last minute
correspondence was received from the department
amending the application amount to $1.5 million.
Staff comments by EDCD Director Kunz.
Motion by Davenport, seconded by Mishoe to approve the APPROVED

Resolution.
