NEW BUSINESS
d.
Old Town Kern Mixed Use Project; Amendment NO.2 to
Agreement No. RA04-005/04-097 for Agency authorization
to use Community Development Block Grant Funds for the
Old Town Kern Mixed Use Project.
Community Development Coordinator Gonzales made staff
comments.
Motion by Mishoe, seconded by Schroeder, to approve the
Amendment to the Agreement.
e. Resolution establishing the dates of meetings for the
Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency for the months January
through December 2006.
Motion by Bentley, seconded by Prince, to approve the
Resolution.
7. AGENCY STATEMENTS
Agency Member Prince made comments regarding vacant
buildings in the vicinity of Chester and Hi" and 2dh Streets.
