REGULAR MEETING
1. ROLL CALL
Present:
Agency Members, Mishoe, Cohen, Martinez,
Bentley, Schroeder
Absent:
Prince, Davenport
2. PUBLIC STATEMENTS
a. Marvin Dean spoke suggesting the inclusion of partnering
with small developers in exclusive development
agreements with the Agency and submitted written
material.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
a. Minutes of the November 28, 2005 special meeting for
approval.
b. Approval of department payments from November 19, 2005
to December 16, 2005 in the amount of $5,550.81.
Motion by Bentley, seconded by Schroeder, to approve
Consent Calendar items a. and b.
4. REPORTS
None.
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
None.
6. NEW BUSINESS
a. Election of Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency
Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson for Calendar Year 2006.
Motion by Schroeder, seconded by Mishoe, to re-elect
Member Don Cohen to the Chairmanship for calendar year
2006.

Motion by Bentley, seconded by Schroeder, to elect Member
Fredrick Prince to the Vice-Chairmanship for calendar year
2006.
b. State of California Educational Revenue Augmentation
Fund (ERAF) payment in the amount of $38,374 (Southeast
$11,512; OTK $6,140 and Downtown $20,722) for the
Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency Statewide share for
ERAF FY 2005-06.
Motion by Mishoe, seconded by Martinez, to approved the
payment.
7. AGENCY STATEMENTS
Agency member Bentley requested information regarding the
financial situation of the McMurtrey Aquatics Center. City Manager
Tandy responded.

None.
10. ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Cohen adjourned the meeting at 4:19 p.m.
