BE IT. ORDAINED'BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
as follows:
That ordinance N~' 401 entitled. An ordinance providing
for. the publication of the minutes;of all meetings 6f the Council
of the Ci%y of Bakersfield, be and the same is hereby repealed.
