BEeTION 9. That Ordinance No. 137, of the City of Bakersfield,
declaring who are vagrants and prescribing a penalty for
violation thereof, be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 10. That Ordinance No. 164, of the City of Bakersfield,
prescribing the form of claim and warrant to be filed and
allowed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Bakersfield,
be ~.nd the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 11. That Ordinances Numbered 212 and 246, of the City of
Bakersfield, relating to and providing for the establishment
of Public ~L~rkets within the City of Bakersfield, be sknd
the same are herdby repealed. -
