BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CI?f OF B~XERSFIELD,
as follows.:
That Section 32 of Ordinance number 327 of the City of Bakers-
field, entitled, "An Ordinance regulatin~ and imposing municipal.
licenses, prescribing how and by whom licenses shall be obtained,
providing a penalty for nonprocurement of licenses, repealing
Ordinance Number 256 and all Ordinances amendatory thereto," be
