MOBILES AND OTHER MOTOR VEHICLES AND ALL ACCESSORIES 'M~D"'PARTS
OF S~2IE: REQUIRING SUCH DEALERS TO KEEP A RECORD OF ALL TRM~$.
ACTIONS AND DELIVER COPIES OF SUCH RECORD TO THE CHIEF OF
POLICE AND PROVIDING A PEN~J~TY FOR VIOLATION HEREOF.#
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF B~KERSFIELD,
as follows:
That Section'14, of Ordinance Number ~63, of the City of
Bakersfield, entitled, "An Ordinance regulating the business of
buying, selling', wrecking and otherwise dealing in secondhand auto'
mobiles and other motor vehicles .and all accessories and parts 'of
same: requiring such dealers to keep a record of all transactions
and deliver copies of such record to the Chief of Police and. pro-
riding a penalty for violation hereof," be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 14. The permit provided for in this Ordinance, shall
when issGed, be issued for a 'quarter ~ a year or the then remain-
ing portion thereof for quarters ending on the last day of March,
J,m. ne, September and December.
