SECTION 1.
That Sumner Street shall be extended. to 'East Truxtun Ave,.-..
nue to include the following described land, to'wit:
Begirming at a poi:nt in.the easterly line of Haley Street.
17.76 feet south of the northerly line of S~mner Street produced; thence·
deflecting to the. left 58008' from the easterly line of Haley Street
501.38 feet ~o .a point in the northerly line of East Truxtun Avenue;
thence westerly along the northerly line of East Truxtun Avenue 112.58"."~'
feet; thence deflecting to the right 45°17' 372.41 feet to a point in

That said extension shall be known and designated by the
