DEFININC TEE DUTIES AND FIXING THE COMPENSATION THEREOF'.
BE IT ORDAIEED BY TME COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKF~RSFIELD,,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That ordinance No. ~45, Amending Section 5 of Ordinance
No. 187, creating and consolidating the offices of Superin-
tendent of Streets and City Engineer, defining the duties aid
fixing the compensation thereof, be and the came is hereb~
repealed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
p2ssed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
this i:8th day of March, 1921.
