AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL
CURB GRADES ON 21st STREET, IN THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
as follows:
SECTION 1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL .OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
The figures in the colunmmarked "~RADE" are elevation
in feet and hundredths of a foot above the datum plan as established
by an Ordinance of the said City of Bakersfield, entitled "AN
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A DATUM PLANE FOR THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELO,"
which said ordinance is numbered 18, and said figures represent the
elevation at the point hereinafter designated.
.SECTION 2.
The grades for all points between those hereinafter
fixed shall be in the straight line joing the adjacent grades,
as hereinafter fixed.
SECTION 3.
The following are the streets upon which the grade
is hereby fixed:
GRADE GRADE
On either side of 21st Street at a distance of 100 feet westerly
from the westerly line of Union Avenue
On either side of 21st Street at a distance of 225 feet
westerly from the westerly line of Union Avenue
Kt the four corners of the intersection.of 21st
Street and V Streets
On either side of 21st Street at a distance of 391.63
feet westerly from the westerly line of V Street
On either side of 21st Street at a distance of 311
feet easterly from the easterly line of S Street

'Street
at the four corners of the intersection of 21st and R Streets
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the ~ouncil of the City of Bakersfield,
on the / y of November, 1922, by the following vote:
