AN ORDINANCE NAMING R STREET IN THE
· CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA. '."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OFTITE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
· as follows:
That the hereinafter described property be and. the
Same is hereby named and shall be known and designated as R Street:
Beginning at a point in the southerly line of 20th Street
284 feet easterly from the easterly line of Q Street and running
thence south~rly on a line parallel to the easterly line of Q Street
to the northerly line of 19th Street; thence easterly along the north-
erly line of 19th Street 82.80 feet; thence northerly on a line 548.80
feet easterly from and parallel to the easterly line of Q Street to
the southerl~T line of 20th Street; thence westerly along'the southerly
line of 20th Street 82.80 feet to the point of beginning;
AND
Beginning at a point in the southerly line of 21st Street
284 feet easterly from the easterly line of Q Street and running
thence southerly on aline parallel to the easterly line of Q Street
to the northerly line of 20th Street; thence easterly along the
northerly line of 20th Street 82.80 feet; thence northerly on a line
S48.80 feet easterly from and parallel to the easterly line of Q
Street to the southerly line of 21st Street; thence westerly along
the southerly line of 21st Street 82.80 feet to the point of beginning;
All in the City of Bakersfield, California.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, on the
