SECTION 74,
The Tax'Collector must.collect. in addltton to the
taxes due on the delinquent list. together wlth the penalties
fo~ delinquency. ene--dolla~ and fifty cents.($1.~O) on each lot,
plece, or tract of land separately assessed 'and cn each assess~
ment. Of personal property whlch shall be paid .to the City and be.
placed to the credlt of the General 3~und.
