AN ORRENANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 190
NEW SERIES, BY ADDING A' NEW SECTION' TO
BE KNO~I~ AS SECTION 48A.
BE' IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,

SECTION 1.'
.~...~_ That Ordinance No. 190 New Series be and the same is
he~Y amended by adding a new section thereto to be numbered
and known as Section 48 A, as follows:
SECTION 45 A.
Every person, firm or corporation not
having a fixed and regular place of business within the City
of Bakersfield, who sells vegetables, fruits, groceries, dry
go~.s, potatoes, or other merchandise or other agriculture pro-
ducts shall pay a license fee of dellars
per quarter, provided that the provisions of this section 'shall
not apply ~o, or effect in any way the provisions of Section
subdivisions a and b.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that th~ foregoing Ordinance was
pa~:~ed and adopted by the council of the City of Bakersfield on
the ay of 1923, by the following vote:
