AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF
3rd STREET TO BUENA VISTA STREET,
1st STREET TO BANK STREET AND
KERN ISLAND BLVD. SOMETI~n~,S KNOWN
AS KERN ISLAND ROAD TO H STREET
SOUTH, ALT. IN THE CITY OF BAKERS~
FIELD.
SECTION 1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFiELD,
as follows:
That the name of a certain street known and designated
as 3rd Street from the westerly line of A Street to the easterly
line of Oleander Avenue shall hereafter be known and designated as
Buena Vista'Street.
SECTION'2.
That the name of a certain street known and designated
as let Street from the westerly line of A Stree~ to the easterly
line of Oleander Avenue shall hereafter be known and designated as
Bank Street.
SECTION
That the name of a certain street known and designated
as Kern Island Blvd. and sometimes as Kern Island Road from the
~outh.erly line of Terrace Way to the southerly line of Brundage
Lane shall hereafter be known and designated as H Street South.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, on the %~
