37 OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO.
204 NEW SERIES OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT ORD~INED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD, as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Subdivisions 37 of Section i of .O~.dinance No.
204 New Series entitled, "An Ordinance fi~ing the compensation
of certain officers and employees of the City of Bakersfield and
repealing ordinances nos. 94 New Series, 108 New Series, 137 New
Series, 138'New Series, 188 New Series and 193 New Series and
all ordinances and pa~ts of ordinances amendatory thereof or in
conflict herewith," be and the same is hereby mended to read
as follows:

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance
was passed and adopted by the Oouncil of the City of Bakersfield,
