AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION' !IOF ORDINANCE
NO. 1~:' NEW SERIES OF THE CITY' OF

BE IT ORDAiNED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
That Section !! of Ordinance No. 1B2. New Series of the
City of Bakersf. ield, regulating. traffic upon the public street's
of said City, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
PARKING-LIMITED
8ECTION ll,. It shall· be unlawful for the operator or .driver of any
motor or other vehicle to park same between the hours of nine
o'clock A. M~. and five o'clock P. M. on any street .within the
business district as defined in Section i of Ordinance No. 12~
New Series, for a longer period than two (2) hours; provided; how-
ever, that this shall .not apply to rent cars· and automobile stages
hold~ng.a permit from the City of Bakersfield, end .s~ationed at a
regular ·stand, so designated upon the curbing; and. provided further,
that any: person, firm or corporation whose place of bdsirAess opens
upon, or the entrance to same is from any .of said streets, may
use or occupy the spaces in front~ o-f their respeStive places of
business, .but at no time shall they occupy .said space with more
than one motor or other· vehicle.
