AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
206 NEW SERIES, 210 NE~¥ SERIES AND
ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES
AMENDATORY THEREOF OR IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
· BE iT ORDAINED BY THE' COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF BAKERS-
.FIELD, as followS: '
· SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 206 New'Series entitled '"An Ordinance
· creating the office of Milk Inspector, fixing the compensation.of
such uffice, prescribing the qualifications. of such office and pre-
scribing the. duties of such officer, and licensing the distribution
of milk, butter milk and cream.and providing a license fee ·therefor
and repealing Ordinance No. 408 of the City of Bakersfield,Californi$"
and Ordinance No.' 210 New Series entitled "An Ordinance amending
section 3 'of Ordinance NO. 206 New Series of the City of Bakersfield,
Californian" and all other ordinances and parts of ordinances amends-
tory· thereof oP 'in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby
expressly repealed.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance
was passed and adopted by 'the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
