TION 1, AND ADDING A NEW SUBDIVISION TO
BE KNOWN AS SUBDIVISION 44, OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFOPaIA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNOIL OF T~E CITY OF BAKERSFlED,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Subdivision 42 of Section 1 of Ordinance' No. 25V New
Series of .the City of Bakersfield, entitled "An Ordinance fixing the

compensation Of certain officers and employees of the Otty of Bakers-
field and repealing Ordinance Nos. 235 New Series, 23V New Series,
and 245 New Series .and all ordinances and parts of ordinances amends-
tory thereof or in conflict herewith," be and the same is hereby

SECTION 2o
That Ordinance No. 25V New Series,· Section 1, of the City
of Bakersfield, be and the same is hereby amended by adding a new
subdivision thereto, to read as follows:
