AN ORDINANCE NAMING THAT CERTAIN
STREET IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
RUNNING FROM THE 'EASTERLY LINE OF

BE IT ORDAIE~D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD, as follows:
SECTION 1.
That certain street in the City of Bakersfield,
rUnning from the easterly line of Oleander Avenue to the westerly
line of H Street and more particularly described herein shall here-
after be known as and designated as Cherry Street, to-*it:
Beginning at a point in the westerly line of H.Street
235.0V feet southerly from the southerly line of Chester Lane and
running thence westerly on a straight line to a point in the east-
erly line of Oleander Avenue 23.4.18 feet southerly from the south-
erly line of Chester Lane; thence southerly along the easterly line
of Oleander Avenue 60 feet; thence easterly on a straight, line to a
point in the westerly line of H Street 295.0V feet southerly from
the'southerly line of Chester Lane; thence northerly along the west-
erly line of H Street 60 feet to the point of beginning.

I EEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance Has passed
