That Ordinance No, 183, New Series,.of. the City of
B.akersfield, entitled, "An Ordinance establishing a certain.resi-
dence district in the City of Bakersfield,'prohibiting certain
factories,'wgrks and businesses from being established, maintained
...or...carried on 'in such district~ providing for certain.exceptions
to the provisions· of this ordinance, and providing a' penalty for
violation of'the :proVisions hereof, and repealing Ordinances Nos,
1GO, New Series and 166, New Series, and all other ordinances and
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith," be. amehded by adding a
-:.'new subdivision to Section 4 thereof, to be known as Subdivision

SECTION 4. (b).
'Beginning at a point
in the westerly line of F Street
lS2 feet southerlyfrom the southerly Iine of 19th Street and run-
ning thence westerly On a line 1~ feet southerly from' and parallel
