parts of ordinances in conflict herewith," be amended by adding
a new subdivision· to Section 4 thereof, to be known as Subdivi-
sion (b) ,to rea'd as follows:
SECTION' 4.' (b) .
Beginning at a point in the northe. r..ly. line of F
Street 122 feet southerly'from the southerly line of 19th Street
and running. thence'westerly on a line'122 feet southerly from and
parallel with the southerly line of 19th Street to the easterly
line of. D Street; thence northerly on the easterly line of D Street
to a point 122 feet northerly' from the northerly line of 19th Street;
thence easterly'on a line 122 feet northerly from and parallel with
the northerly line of 19th Street to the westerly line of F Street;
'thence southerly along the northerly line of F Street to the point
of beginning.
