SECTION 1.
That Section 14 of Ordinance No. 165, New Series 'of the City
of Bakersfield, entitled "An Ordinance prohibiting the manufacture,
sale, storage,· serving, gift, transportation, imp~.rtation or expor-
tation and possession of intoxicating liquors for beverage purposes;
regulating all other ·traffic in such liquors; creating a fund for
the enforcement thereof; and providing"penalties for. violation here- .'
of; and rppealing Ordinances No. 64, New Series; No. 149, New Series,
