That SeCtion 30 of Ordinance No. 260, New Series of the
City of Bakersfield, entitled "An Ordinance regulating traffic upon
public streets of. the City of Bakersfield and repealing all ordinances
inconsistent herewith," be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
SECTION 30.
Early.Morning Parking Regulated.
It shall be unlawful for
the o~ or operator of any automobile or other vehicle tO.leave ..
same standing on. any paved street within the City of Bakersfield,at
a~y time between the'hours 0f one (1) o'clock .A.M. and five (5)
o'clock A. M. Provided, however, that the provisions.of this sec-
tion shall not apply to physicians when on professional visits.
