AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME
0F A PORTION OF THIRD STREET TO
BUENA VISTA STREET, AND A PORTION
OF FIRST STREET TO BANK STREET,
IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.'
BE IT 0EDAINED BY THE COUNCIL 0F THE CITY 0F BAKERS-
FIELD, as followS: ..
SECTION 1.
as Third
That .the name of a certain street, known and designated
Street, from the westerly 'line of A Street to the wester-
ly line of 0hester Tract, shall hereafter be known and designated
as Buena Vista Street.
SECTION 2.
That the name of a certain street, known and designated
as First Street, from the westerly line of A Street to the easterly
line of Oak Street, shall hereafter be known and designated as
Bank Street~
The above streets are as shown on "Plat of Chester
Tract", City of Bakersfield, Kern County, California, filed for
record in the office of the ~ounty Recorder of Kern Count-y,
December 5, 1901.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, on
