AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
N0. 280, NE~ SERIES, SECTION 30,
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT 0RDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 30 of Ordinance No. 260, New Series of the
City of Bakersfield, entitled "An Ordinance regulating traffic
upon'public streets of the City of Bakersfield and repealing all
ordinances inconsistent herewith," be and the same is hereby. amended
to read as follows:'
SECTION 30.
Early Morning parking Regulated. It shall be unlawful for
the owner or operator of any automobile or other vehicle to leave
same standing on any paved street within the City of Bakersfield, at
any time between the hours of two thirty .(2:30) o,clock A. M. and
and five (5) o,clock A. M- provided, however, that the provisions of
this section shall not apply to physicians when on professional
visits ·

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield on the ~~
