AN ORDINANCE NAMING A PORTION. 0F
18TH STREET, IN THE CITY 0F BAKERS-
FIELD, CALIFORNIA.

BE IT 0RDAINED BY THE COUNCIL 0P THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That the property hereinafter described be and the same
is hereby named and shall be known and designated as "Eas~ '18.th Street"
said property being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in-the easterly line of Union
Avenue where the same is intersected by the exten-
sion easterly of the northerly line of 18th. S~reet if
same were so extended, and runnin thence easterly
§ 40"
along a line which bears north 89 21' east to
its intersection with the westerly line of SOnora
Street; thence southerly along the westerly line of
Sonora Street to the southerly line of F~emont
Street; thence westerly along a line which bears
south 88° 52' 58" west to its intersection with the
easterly line of Union Avenue, thence northerly
along the easterly line of Union Avenue 82.5' to the
point of beginning.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a

regular meeting held.on the day of October, 192V, by the
