lOth da.v of Jan. uary, Sunda?s and legal holidays .excepted, of each
year, all weights, measures, scales or other apparatus or appliances
used for weighing or measuring any article or commodity sold by any
such person, firm, or corporation, to be examined, tested and sealed
as hereinabove provided, and thereupon the County Sealer of Weights
~nd ~.~easures after having tested such weights, measures, scales oP
other apparatus or appliances used for weighing or-measuring any
article or commodity shall issue to such person, firm or corpora-
tt0n a Certificate of nccurac.v which shall certify to the accuracy
'of such weights, measures. scales. or other apparatus or appliances.
Section 2.
Ever.v pcrson, finn or corporation making.application for
a license to engage in or carry on the business of.. peddling fruits,.
vegetables, meat, poultr.v, f].sh or edible foods, shall exhibit to
the License Collector for his 'i. n spection a Certificate of Accuracy,
as hereinbefore Drovided, issued to such oerson, fi~' or cot'potatO:on
and signed b? the ?ounty Sealer of Weights and lYleasures issued to
such person, firm, or corporation and ~ted not more than ~irty ~ays
previous to the date of ~ch application; and. no renewa! of.'any'.".~:" '

and thereafter no such cancelled Certificate of AccUracy shall be
presented with any application for a license or for the rene~zal of
any sucbo license as herein provided.
