AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 153 NEW
SERIES OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, BY RE-
PEALING SECTION $ ~THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 'BAEERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 153 New Series, of the
of Bakersfield, passed and adopted by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield on the 3rd day of January, 1923, commonly known .as The
Plumbing Ordinance, be and the same is hereby expressly repealed.
