AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDIN-
ANCE N0. 184 N~# SERIES, OF THE CITY OF"
BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVF. D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD, as follows:
Section 1.
That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 184 New Series,
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 5.
That said Deputy Treasurer, Deputy Tax Collector
and Deputy License Collector shall execute a good and suffi-
cient undertaking in the sum of twenty-five thousand ($25,000)
dollars, for the faithful performance of his official duties
which shall be signed and executed by a surety company author-
ized to do business in 'the State of California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
