AN ORDINANCE NtMING A PORTION ~F
1VTH STREET IN THE CITY OF BAK- · ,
EHSFI~LD, CAI,IFORNIA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKEHSFIELD

as follows:
SECTION 1.
That the property herein described be and t~e same is hereby
named and shall be known and designated as "lVth Street", said prop-
erty being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the easterly line of Q
~breet where the same is intersected by the ex-
tension easterly of the northerly line of 17th
Street if same were so extended, and running
thence easterly along a line 264 feet southerly
from and parallel with the southerly line of 18th
Street to its intersection with the easterly line
of Block 264; thence southerly along a straight
line to the northeast corner of Block 295; thence
westerly along a line 346.5 feet southerly from
and parallel with the said southerly line of 18th
Street to its intersection with the said easterly
line of Q Street; thence northerly on a straight
line to the point of beginning.
The Blocks and Streets here in mentioned are as
shown on "Map of the City of Bakersfield, Kern
County, California", filed in the office of the
County Recorder of Kern County, November 25th,
1898.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular
