AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEOTION
15 OF ORDINANCE NO. 127 NEW
SERIES OF THE CITY OF BAEERS-
FIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIEID, as follows:
SECTION 1. .
That Section 15 of Ordinance No. 127 New Series of
the City of Bakersfield entitled "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE
ACCUMULATION AND DISPOSAL OF RUBBISH, GARBAGE AND STABLE MANURE,
AND FIXING FEES AND CHARGES FOR REMOVING THE S~]~E AND PROVIDING
A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF SAID ORDINANCE AND REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 382 AND ORDINANCE NO. 95 NEW SERIES AND ORDINANCE NO. 98
NE7~ SERI EB AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH" be and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
SECTION 15.
Every person, firm or corporation collecting garbage
or rubbish must remove all garbage or rubbish before the recep-
tacles containing the same become so full that any further de-
posit in such receptacle would cause the same to overflow; and
such collector must after. collecting the same haul the .~ame to
the City Dump Yard and there deposit said r~bbish or garbage
under the direction of the manager or custodian of the City Dump
Yard.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
