N0. 348 NEW SERIES OF ~E ~3ITY
OF BAEMSFIELD BY ADDING A SUB-
DIVI~ION TO SECTION 1V THEREOF
TO BE hNOWN AS SUBDIVISION 21-a.
BE IT 0RDAINF~D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
ms follows:
SEC TI ON 1.
That Section 1V of 0rdinsnce No. 346 New Series of the
City of Bskersfield be sinended by adding thereto s subdivision
to be known as 21-a, which shall read as follows:
21-a. Milk.
Every person, firm or corporation distributing milk
for consumption within the City Limits of the City of Bakers-
field, shall pay a license fee equivalent to three mills ($.003)
per gallon of milk so distributed.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakers field on the ~
day of October, 1931, by the following vote:
