as follows:
SECTION 1,
That Section 49 of Ordinance No. 355 New Series=...of the
City of Bakersfield, entitled "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC
0'PON THE PUBLIC STREETS OF THE CITY OF BAKFRSFIELD, AND EEPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HERE~'IT}i", be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
SECTION 49. DISPOSITION 0F PINES AND FOMFEiTU~ES,
All fines or forfeitures collected upon convi~tion or
upon the forfeiture of bail of my person charged with a viola-
tion of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be paid into
the city treasury and deposited to the credit of the general fund,
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakers field at a regular
meeting thereof held on the .~.~ day of~ ., 1931.
