SECTION 1.
ORDINANCE NO. D~7" NEW SERIES
TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 40,~.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAEERS~!
That Ordinance No. 358 New Series of the City Of°' Bakers-
field entitled "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFI3 UPON THE PUBLIC
STREETS OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, AND REPEALING ALL OEDINANCES
INCONSISYENT HEREWITH" be and the same is hereby amended by adding
a new section thereto, to be known as Section 4~~ which shall
read as follows:
SECTION 40,. PARKING VEHICLES FOR SALE.
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle
to park the same upon any street or alley ~or~,.~a.e purpose' Of dis-
playing it for sale, or to park any vehicle upon ~ny street or
alley in any business district from which said vehicle merchandise
is being sold.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby expressly repealed.
