BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAEERS'L~'IELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 168 New Series of the City of Bakersfield,
entitled "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONJ.~'ISCATION AND FORFEITURE
OF VEHICLES USED FOR THE POSSESSION 0R TRANSPORTATION OF INTOXKCATING
LIQUOR WITHIN THE CITY OF BAEE~SFIEID, AND PROVIDING FOR THE E~ETHOD
OF C0:,iFISCATION AND FORFEITU~E OF SUCH VEHICLES, AND REPEALING 0RD-
INANCE N0. 142, NE~f~ SERIES, AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF
ORDINANCES. IN CONFLICT HEREWITH" be and the same is hereby expressly
re pealed.
