ING ORDINANCE NO. 188 NEW SERIES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKE~SFIEID,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 185 New Series of the City of Bakers-
field, entitled "AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE MANUFACTURE, SALE,
STORAGE, SERVING, GIFT, TRANSPORTATION, IMPOHTATION OR EXPORTATION
AND POSSESSION OF II~TOXICATING LIQUORS FOR BEVERAGE PURPOSES: RE-
GULATING ALL OTHER TRAFFIC IN SUCH LI~JORS: CHEATING A FUND FOR
THE ENFORCEY~.°~ENT THEREOF: AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION
HEREOF, AND HEPEALING ORDINANCES NO. 84, NEW SERIES: NO. 149, NEW
SERIES, AND ORDINANCE NO. 150, NEW SERIES, OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD, AND ALL OTHEH ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF O~)INANCES IN CONFLICT
THER~.~°~ITH'', be and the same is hereby expressly repealed.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Co ~uncil of the City of Bakers field at a regular
