NEW SERIES OF THE CiTY OF BAKERSFIELD
BY REPEALING SECTION 2 THEREOF.
BE IT 0RDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 401 New Series entitled
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 391 NEW SERIES BY ELIMINATING
SUBDIVISION 39 OF SECTION 1V, AND BY ADDING A SUBDIVISION TO SECTION
17 TO BE KNOWN AS SUBDIVISION 3-A~' be and the same is hereby repealed.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
