AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 14 OF ORDINANCE
N0. 171 NEW SERIES, AND SECTION 14 OF ORDINANCE
N0. 1V1 NEW SERIES AS ANAENDED BY SECTION i OF
0RDR~ANCE N0. 263 NEW SERIES OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT 0RDAINED BY TIlE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 14 of 0rd~nance No. 1V1 New'.S~ries of the
City of Bakersfield, entitled "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING
DANCES AND PUBLIC DANCE HALLS AND REQUIRING PEP~YITS THEREFOR,
AND"EAKING A VIOLATION MEREOF A lviISDEMEANOR AND PROVIDING A PENAL~IT
THEREFOR AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 162 NEW SERIES, AND ALL 0RDIN-
~NCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT EREWITH" be and the same
is hereby expressly repealed.
SECTION 2.
That Section 14 of Ordinance No. 1V1 New Series, as amended
by Section i of Ordinance No. 283' New Series, entitled "AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 171 NE~,~., SERIf, SECTIONS 14 AND 18, OF THE
CITY OF BAIGE_~SFIEID, CALIF0hNIA" be and the same is hereby expressly
repealed.
SECTION 3.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby expressly repealed'.

I EREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the Gity of Bakers field at a regular
