AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF OFd)IN-
ANtE NO. 598 NEW SERIES OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT 0RDAINED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1,
That Subdivision 42 of Ordinance No. 398 New Series of
the City of Bakers field, entitled "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COM-
PENSATION OF CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD AND REPEAT.11qG ORDINANCES NOS. 551 NEW SERIES, 367 NEW SERIES,
374 NEW SERIES AND 386 NEW SERIES OF THE CITY OF BAKERS FIELD AND
ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES AMENDATORY THEREOF OR IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH" be and the same is hereby mended to read as
follows, to-wit:
