AN ORDINANCE ~MENDING SECTION 10F ORD-
INANCE N0. 398 NEW SERIES OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIRm.
BE IT 0RDAINED BY TEE C0UNOIL 0F TEE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Subdivisions 26, 31 and 32 of Ordinance No. 398 New
Series of the City of Bakers field, entitled "AN ORDINANCE FIXING
TEE COMPENSATION OF CERTAIN 0FFIGE~S AND '~PLOYEES OF TEE CITY 0P
BAKERSFIELD AND REPEALING ORDINANCES NOS. 351 NEW SERIES, 38V NEW
SERIES, 374 NEW SERIES and 588 NEW SERIES OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
AND ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES AMENDATORY THEREOF OR IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH" be and the same are hereby eliminated from said
ordinance.
SEOTION 2.
That Subdivisions 1, 3, 13, 24, 25, 29, 33 and 3V of Ordinance
No. 398 New Series of the City of Bakersfield, be amended to read as
follows, to-wit:
