INTOXICATION IN PUBLIC
PLACES IN THE CITY OF BAIGERS-
FIELD.
BE IT 0EAIED BY TE C0~CIL OF TE~Z CITY OF BAERSFI~D,
as follows:
Section 1.
Any person who, in a public place, becomes or is intoxi-
cated while in such public place shall be ~ilty of a~sdeme~or.
Section 2.
A violation of t~s ordinance shall be pmis~ble by a
fine not to exceed dollars,
or imprisoment in the County Jail for a period not exceeding
~ days, or by both such fine and imprisoment.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
