AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORD-
INANCE N0. 368 NEW SERIES
AND ORDINANCE N0. 432 NEW SERIES.
BE IT 0RDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF BAKERSI~IELD,
as follows:
SECTION l.
That Ordinance No. 388 New Series of the City of Bakers-
field be and the same is hereby expressly repealed.
SECTION 2.
That Ordinance No. 432 New Series of the City of Bakers-
field be and the same is hereby expressly repealed.
SECTION 3.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are also hereby repealed.

passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
